Finding Freedom

As a fellow neurodivergent and practitioner who has worked with hundreds of children exhibiting PDA profiles, I know all-to-well that pain in your stomach feeling when you are trying your best to help someone in the midst of demand avoidance with no clear strategies or approach just trying all these different approaches until something clicks.

Becoming a trauma-informed sensory occupational therapist, coupled with my first-hand *everyday* experience, was ultimately what made me determined to create a strategy that actually works and helps to ease the demand anxiety in a way that actually benefits the Demand Avoider instead of leaving us more traumatized and more avoidant. It is the strategy I use personally in my day to day life and with my clients to help empower them and gift them the biggest blessing of living less anxious and controlled by everyday demands and more freedom and peace
